Roger Childers is by far the best realtor I have ever used. I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years and this one went the smoothest. The seller was a bit hard to deal with but Rogers advise got us through is without a hitch. I’ve since recommended him to family and friends, and all of them have the same opinion. He connected us with the right people that helped us fix a few things that needed to be fixed before we could sell the it. He was always very responsive to our calls and emails! Roger is great to work with. He listens to what you want and gives his expert advice as to what you should do. He makes all the forms that you have to sign very simple for everyone to understand. I was feeling little emotional about the process but Roger understood and was there for me with every step. I really enjoyed working with Roger and look forward to doing business with him again.
